September Public Hearings/Budget Hearing Notice
Please take note of the following public hearings and the notice of the budget for FY 23-24. More information will be made available soon in regards to the next fiscal year budget.
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF YUTAN, NEBRASKA
Public notice is hereby given by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Yutan, Nebraska, that a public hearing will be held at 7:00 p.m. on September 19th, 2023, at the Yutan City Hall, 112 Vine Street, which meeting is open to the public. The purposes of the public hearing are:
To obtain public comment prior to the consideration of the following requests:
1. Ordinance Text Amendment to update Section 3-102 (Posting) of the Municipal Code to allow signs on a portion of city right-of-ways.
All interested parties will be given the opportunity to be heard. Written comments may be submitted to the City Clerk prior to the meeting. The public may view the changes at City Hall during normal business hours.

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
City of Yutan
Notice is hereby given that a Six Year Road and Street Plan for the City of Yutan, Nebraska as required by NEB. REV. STAT. Sec. 39-2119 et seq. R.R.S. has been recommended for approval by the Mayor and City Council, and that a Public Hearing will be held on said Six Year Road and Street Plan on the 19th day of September 2023, beginning at 7:00 P.M. or shortly thereafter, at the City Hall at which time objection to or recommendations for said Plan will be heard.
